I was quite sceptical about this at first, but it has proved t be the best thing I have ever done - I have tried every diet under the sun, and this is not like a diet at all - it's so easy, and I stil enjoy eating the food I love - just in much smaller portions! I lost 1lb each week on this programme, and didn't think that was much until I realised it works out to 4 stone over a year! It's such an easy, natural way of life without any calories or points to count, I would recommend it to anyone. It may seem as if it's costing more, but when I worked out how much I had been paying to slimming clubs etc, it was no different. Well worth every penny!
